Who has Low back pain? I DO! After carrying around my sweet boys all day, doing the laundry, yard work and other house hold tasks my back is pretty toast! I am also a Physical Therapist Assistant during the day, I do all of my exercises (and you should too!) but the pain still lingers.
Based on this randomized clinical trial the use of Ginger Essential Oil with massage was an effective treatment for low back pain and should be considered by medical professionals!
I tried it out and was very impressed with the results. It is not a long term answer but it defiantly cut the pain!
